Great Achievement at 2024 Autumn Leaves Competition!

This past weekend, Sungod Skating Club sent 30 skaters to compete at the Autumn Leaves Super Series event. This event is part of a 6 event series held throughout the year. It gives athletes from both the podium and the star pathway the opportunity to compete and hone their skills for the next time. At this event we achieved new personal bests, landed new jumps under pressure and won medals. Congratulations to Phoebe Kao for her gold medal in the Juvenile Women U14 event; Taylor Perkins for her silver medal in the Novice Women category; Bowen Yan for his silver medal in the Pre-Novice men category; Madeline Lin for her silver medal in the Juvenile Women U12 category; Jerry and Kira Chang for their bronze medals in the Pre-Juvenile categories; Haley Urwin who won gold in the STAR 9 Women; Isabelle Liang who came second in the Star 5 category, and Aliyah Taylor for receiving Gold in her STAR 2 event. In total 34% of all our entries medaled. The competitive team had their best result thus far, with 60% of them medaling.
