Constanze brings a wealth of experience and a passion for athlete development to her role as Director of Programs at Sungod Skating Club. A former competitive figure skater, she combines her firsthand understanding of the sport with years of international coaching experience to create a positive, high-performance environment where skaters are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Constanze is committed to helping every athlete achieve their personal goals, whether they are building confidence on the ice or pursuing success at the highest levels of competition. Throughout her coaching career, she has guided skaters from grassroots via Junior and Senior ISU Grand Prix events to World Championship level competitions. She has also coached multiple BC/YT Provincial Champions, BC Winter Games Champions, athletes competing at the Canadian National Championships, and skaters progressing through Skate Canada's high-performance pathway to Canada's NextGen Team.

In addition to her coaching experience, Constanze holds a Master of Arts from Humboldt University in Berlin and a certification in Sport Psychology for High Performance Sport. She believes in developing not only skilled athletes but also confident, resilient individuals, and is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and lifelong learning. Constanze is proud to lead the great coaching team at Sungod Skating Club and to support each skater's unique journey both on and off the ice.
